Oscar A. Vela, Jr. was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992 and went on to attend Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. With deep roots in the Laredo community, he founded his firm to serve individuals and families throughout Webb County and the surrounding region.
Admitted to practice before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. The firm is equipped to handle cases at both the trial and appellate levels, ensuring clients have skilled representation at every stage of the legal process.
